I. General

2. The buyer may be any adult person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer".

3. The prices of goods offered by the Seller at the website are expressed in  EUR and are gross prices (including  VAT).

II. Processing orders
1. Orders may be submitted 24/7, with the exception of technical and maintenance breaks.
2. By placing the order, the Customer enters into a contract of sale.
3. Delivery time
The delivery time is 5 to 10 working days

5. Delivery costs
The delivery cost of ordered tents and accessories to locations outside Poland is EUR 47 EUR and it is added to the price of the tent/accessories.

III. Seller’s liability
1. Manufacturer guarantee: Marabut tents are covered by 36-month guarantee.

2. Within fourteen days of the delivery of the ordered goods, the Customer may return them without stating the reason and withdraw from the contract of sale, as  defined in general provisions for the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts. The Seller shall return the amount paid by the Customer within seven days of the withdrawal.

3. The shipping costs of the returned goods shall be borne by the Customer.

4. None of these Terms and Conditions shall affect or be construed in a manner affecting the Customer rights. Should any of these Terms and Conditions affect the Customer rights or be inconsistent with the law, then the Seller shall unconditionally apply the provisions of binding law instead of the inconsistent provision.
 
5. The valid version of the terms and conditions is always available at “Terms and conditions” tab of the website.

6. The Seller guarantees the proper operation of the on-line shop on the following browsers: IE 7 or later, Firefox 3 or later, Opera 9 or later, Chrome, and Safari with the latest versions of Java and Flash, displayed on screens with horizontal resolution higher than 1024 pixels. Using third-party software affecting the operation and functionality of the following web browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Safari, may affect the correct display of the on-line shop, therefore in order to obtain the full functionality of the shop, this software should disabled.

IV. Personal data protection
The Seller declares to protect the personal data of the Customer in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997 (Dz.U. No. 133, item. 883) and the Act on Electronic Services (Dz.U. No. 144, item. 1204). The Customer, by providing his/her personal data for the order purposes, agrees to the processing of his/her personal data by the Seller in order to execute the order. The Customer has the right to access, modify, update, or delete his/her personal data at any time.

VI. Final provisions
In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of binding law shall apply. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent Court of local jurisdiction.
